MEDSCI 799: Fundamentals of environmental perinatal epidemiology


 The Fundamentals of Environmental Perinatal Epidemiology course provides an introduction to the epidemiologic methods used to study environmental impacts on perinatal health. Topics include study design, exposure measurement, statistical analysis, and evaluating bias, with a focus on understanding environmental risk factors associated with perinatal health outcomes. Weekly readings, a critical appraisal assignment, and presentation will culminate in a final scoping review.
